Consultation and Project Initiation

We begin with a personal consultation to understand your needs and gather information about your loved one. To make this process as simple and stress-free as possible, consultations are conducted by phone or secure digital communication. TO BEGIN THE DESIGN PROCESS, A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. This deposit secures your project time and allows us to begin writing, design preparation, and layout planning.

Content Collection

We work with you to gather photographs, biographical information, and meaningful memories. If needed, we assist with writing or refining the obituary, using your input to ensure accuracy, clarity, and sensitivity.

Design

Your memorial program is thoughtfully designed to reflect your loved one’s life, personality, and legacy. Every element—fonts, imagery, spacing, and tone—is selected with care and attention to detail.

Proof & Revisions

Revisions are welcomed for corrections, clarifications, and any information that may have been inadvertently omitted. Design changes are limited, while content corrections are accommodated as time permits to ensure accuracy and care in the final presentation.

Print & Delivery

Once final approval is received, we oversee professional printing. Programs may be delivered locally or shipped nationally via USPS or UPS to ensure timely arrival.

Timeline

Standard Service: 3-4 day turnaround from booking to delivery

Rush Service:  Expedited service is available for projects with a turnaround of fewer than two days. A $50 rush fee applies.

Additional Services

  • Cover Page Photo Enhancement (Included): Enhancement of the selected cover image to improve clarity, balance, and print quality.
  • Memorial Keepsakes: Custom-designed thank you cards for mailing, as well as bookmarks or prayer cards, created to coordinate with the memorial program.
  • Scripture, Poems, or Quotes Selection Curated suggestions based on faith, personality, or tone
